This is a genuine VW 1956 - 1958 low top fuel pump.

All pumps are fully rebuilt in house by the Wolfsburg Bus Company.

Firstly the pumps are fully stripped and inspected before going through our three stage cleaning process.

First stage is hot tanking to remove grease, grime and general dirt.

Second stage is media blasting which removes oxidation and restores the surface finish for a factory fresh look.

Stage three is an ultrasonic bath which ensures that any debris left over from media blasting are removed and all internal surfaces are thoroughly clean.

After cleaning we install a complete rebuild kit which includes a nitrile diaphragm, this ensures that all our pumps are compatible with modern fuels.

Finally every pump is tested before being offered for sale.
